Helen and David are Nordic Walking Instructors who can offer from introduction sessions to full weekend itineraries.

Nordic Walking sessions:

We are now running a weekly evening sssion every Thursday. Meeting at Bedale Primary School car park at 6.30pm (please do not park in the leisure centre) for an 1 1/2 hour walk. All levels of ability are welcome but if it is your first time, prior booking is required and we will meet 1/2 hour earlier for an induction.

 

Each session is £7.50 with pole hire at £2.50. A first, induction, session is £15 including the pole hire.

Yorkshire Dales Nordic Day Out

Join us for a days Nordic Walking in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales around Castle Bolton and Aysgarth Falls.
Cost will be £10 per person with pole hire available @ £2.50. A return train ticket is approximately £12 for an adult.

We can provide a packed lunch at an extra cost, please contact us for details.

 

Moors Nordic Excursion

A day out on the Hambleton Hills visiting the famous Kilburn White Horse. Start and finish at the Sutton Bank visitors centre.

Cost will be £10 per person with pole hire available @ £2.50.
