Lake District Guided Winter Walks

Explore the Lake District hills and fells in winter with an experienced mountain leader. Learn the hill skills to move safely in the hills at this time of the year. Or just be guided around the beautiful Lake District to take in the views, the choice is yours.

We will be in the Northern Lakes for the weekend and invite you to join us for a walk. Either an ascent of one of the classic routes or an exploration of the surrounding valleys and lower fells depending on group experience and equipment.

A different walk will be planned for both days with the option of a high level route or a lower one depending on conditions and peoples experience. For the high level route all participants must have an ice axe and crampons. If you have a group that wishes to learn the skills of moving around in winter, please call to make a group booking and for rates.

Prior booking is essential as the group size is limited to a maximum of six and the route will be chosen on the information provided at the time of booking.
