Go Canoeing - Canoe & Kayak trips in the North of England

Enjoy a day out on the water in North Yorkshire or the North East on the lovely Rivers Ure, Ouse or Tees. Using a Canoe or Kayak lets you enjoy watching the wildlife and scenery go by at a leisurely pace. Hire the boats yourself or use one of our guides.

Using a Canoe there is plenty of room to be comfortable and to carry the food for a picnic as well as two or three of you; we have extra seats that can be added to the canoes for a child to sit in the middle. If you fancy paddling your own, use one of our kayaks for freedom and ease.

You can bring your own picnic lunch or let us organise it with a local supplier for an additional cost. All equipment provided including dry bags for clothing and valuables. Hot and cold drinks are also provided by us for the day on guided ‘Paddle & Picnic’ trips; for more information, click the link below.

Due to the nature of the activity we normally ask that children be a minimum of 7 years old for the trips but please contact us to discuss if you have a younger child.
